Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Riff. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Free tier
Riff offers a free tier you can use at no cost. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund while you stay on the free plan — you can explore every platform output without a subscription.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
When paid plans are enabled, new subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Riff isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will refund that payment in full.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund handling.
4. Renewals and cancellations
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Charges for a renewal period that has already begun are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@talrax.com from the address on your account with your order details, or use the receipt link provided by Paddle. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy or of the Service (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
